Simon Pullum - CEng, MBCS, MIEE

Simon graduated from Newcastle University in 1987 and has worked on a variety of advanced projects in a number of market sectors, including finance, telecoms and defence. In 1990 Simon formed Azura (known then as Random Order Ltd), which he developed from a start-up to one of the largest IT Consultancies within the competitive East Anglia region.

He has always kept his skillset at the leading edge and recently has been developing high end workforce scheduling systems for companies like BT and large scale generic database engines for websites. These have all been developed using Enterprise technologies including J2EE, CORBA and XML to ensure they can be integrated into many business applications.

The key to Azura's success where many IT companies have failed is in Simon's flexible and creative approach to solving business issues by listening to the market and providing both product and bespoke solutions.

Simon's entrepreneurial talent has grown with his technical knowhow and he has become a director of a dozen companies offering IT solutions and products.

Sean Springett

Sean has had a career in IT spanning fifteen years starting with corporate sales for Mass Storage Distributors such as Summit Peripherals and CMS Peripherals.  He was part of the team responsible for delivering the first HP CD Recorders to the UK trade market place.  Sean moved into the world of resellers and solution providing with companies such as 3c Technology and LAN 2 LAN.  Key areas at LAN 2 LAN was the development of a profitable infrastructures team offering both cabled and wireless solutions, before moving into Corporate sales offering solutions based around Microsoft, Citrix and Cisco products.  Responsibilities at 3C Technology included setting up a successful sales office in Berkhampted offering Network services to customers in London and the Home Counties.       

At Azura, Sean's main focus is to develop Web related business by offering Web and application integrated solutions to our customers.  Key focuses are to help other IT partners deliver mobile work flow solutions and to develop a customer base for our newly developed Franchise Management System within the UK franchise market.   

Senior Designer

Matthew Tait

Matthew graduated from the Roehampton Institute in 1999 and has worked with some of the worlds largest brands, designing and developing interactive media applications for companies such as Reuters, Television Corporation, Mentorn and the RFU.

Since graduating Matthew has worked for Television Corporation plc, producing design material for a huge range of formats and developing all of the corporations high traffic sites. Matthew was responsible for the Bafta nominated Robot Wars site, which regularly attracted in excess of 30 million visitors a month. He has also worked at the forefront of video on demand, creating applications for broadband sports networks.

At Azura he continues in the same creative vein producing websites and designs for wide ranging markets with a hugely capable and skilled team.

Matthew has won a number of national design awards including a NESTA award for design and innovation.
