Azura are looking for companies who are looking for a flexible and powerful, yet cost effective, Content Management System to offer to their clients. Our partner schemes can provide this functionality at very beneficial rates.

Azura CMS is both platform and browser independent and is totally web based, so your clients will be able to manage their site from anywhere in the world.

The implementation of Azura CMS totally separates Presentation and Content, which allows much more flexibility for the site design than is usually available for CMS systems at this price. Unlike many cheaper CMS systems, you are not forced into one basic framework, which only allows different logos and colours. You can design the sites your clients want.

Azura CMS supports W3C AAA compliant sites, so the sites can be fully accessible.

The CMS framework is scalable from small sites right up to corporate.

Reseller Partner

This level of partnership is intended for companies who wish to offer websites to their clients, but not be too involved in the development. Typical examples are Design companies who design the look and feel of the site with their client and then pass the approved designs to us for completion and the hosting of the site.

Resellers receive 15% commission on the value of our portion of the work.

Resellers will also be earning fees directly from their client for other services they are providing, such as design work, site population, etc.

We will even perform all the services needed to deliver a site, including site design and population if a partner does not wish to, but again they will receive 15% commission for everything we do for their client.

All Reseller Partner sites will be hosted on our servers and supported by us.

Certified Partner

This level of partnership is intended for companies who have some technical capabilities. They may already be building websites and looking to improve the range of services they can offer their clients.

Certified Partners will be expected to design, implement and host their client’s CMS sites.

All Certified Partners will need to purchase from us is the basic CMS system for each customer, plus any optional modules, getting the discounts below. The partner will receive all the revenue from all other services they offer, eg. Scoping, Design, Population, etc. We will only receive licence fees, all other revenue you generate via our CMS system is yours.

The discounts Certified Partners receive depend on the volumes sold:

• 1-5 Sales         - 30%
• 6-10 sales       - 35%
• 11-25 sales     - 40%
• 26-100 sales   - 45%
• 100+                  - 50%

We offer full support to our Partners, but they will be expected to be the interface to their clients.

If any specialist customisation is required, the partner can either use either ourselves or another approved Development Partner.

An employee of a Certified Partner company must attend a two day course to learn how to build and install sites using Azura CMS and we will expect attendees to build an example site of suitable quality before accepting them as a Certified Partner.

This is to help ensure that Azura CMS sites are good sites which will help partners in their sales process.

Development Partner

This level of partnership is intended for companies with comprehensive technical capabilities. The partner will have all the benefits of a Certified Partner, together with the ability to customise the functionality of Azura CMS and create new functional modules.

If a development partner chooses, any new modules they create will be marketed by Azura to all partners resulting in a further revenue stream.

Azura will also pass on customisation requests from other Certified Partners where applicable.

The CMS Application framework is very flexible and can be used as the main framework for many web applications.

Attendance on a further two day course is required to be accepted as a development partner and only people who have attended the Certified Partner course can attend the development partner course.
